[CV] Nico 'Nox' Norcross

Nico Norcross is a thirty four year old male human. He was one of the 12 Valiants that ended the Miasmas War and one of the eight people that helped create FAMBOS and became its secretary. He's been on numerous talk shows where he talks about Remnant troubles and how to avoid/prevent it while being really interested on them as a whole. He has charmspeak and multiple arms (they normally come out of where the shadowy spots on his shirt are). It is unknown if Nico uses his own 'magic' to summon his arms or it's some type of void energy.
But the strangest thing is, nobody seems to remember how Nico got here. Is there more to this adult than meets the eye?
